THE RECYCLED BAGS
The following is a series of bags I created during an internship. This internship focused on recycling garment waste, and tasked us with creating bag designs using cuts of donated and overstock garments from partnered brands. To the right is a duffle I made from rain coats.
I created various fanny packs, shoe travel bags, duffle bags, tote bags, and card holders from my original patterns. The pictures show various features such as re-used pockets and zippers saved through the careful deconstruction of the original article of clothing.
