THE BONE BAG
This is an over-sized tote bag that is inspired by the bones in a spine. I stuffed each panel and strap link. The bag is hand-sewn together. I was tasked to make an ironic object, and was fascinated by the delicate forms bones presented to me at the time.
This is my initial sketch idea, and a photo of me adding extra smaller links between each bone to create a fuller look.
